We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager who will work as part of a team to ensure that the school is a well-maintained, clean, safe and secure environment for all users. The Maintenance Manager will carry out maintenance and repairs and other operational tasks including, safety checks, porterage etc.
Working hours are nominally 37.5 hours per week, year-round, with 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. The Premises team covers the period between 8.00am and 6.00pm on weekdays; the actual hours will vary according to the needs of the School, the demands of the role and the pattern of other team members. Some out of hour’s work (occasional evenings and weekends) will be required and the post-holder may be called out in emergencies, for which additional pay and/or time off in lieu will be available.
