Our aim is to ensure that each child is happy and confident at school.
Pastoral Care
Our compassionate staff work to ensure that all children feel secure and valued as they settle into School. The Mount Pre-School is led by the Head of the Junior School and a Senior Early Years Practitioner. She is supported by a well-qualified and experienced Specialist Early Years Team, allowing for a generous pupil to teacher ratio.
Each child is assigned a Key Worker who will be the first point of contact for you as parents. They will monitor and communicate their progress ensuring children are provided with the right care for their needs and interests.
Specialist Teaching
All children take part in specialist teaching during the school day and extra-curricular clubs including:
- Phonics
- French
- Music
- Physical Education
- Outdoor Learning
- Forest School
- Gardening
- Ballet
