The Mount Junior School pupils take part in an exciting programme of trips each term. All trips are planned to enhance our pupils’ learning experience, as well as providing them with new opportunities and happy memories.
Our pupils are naturally curious with enquiring minds. As a result much learning goes on outside the classroom.
Pupils from Reception to Year 6 regularly take part in trips away from school, bringing the curriculum to life and reinforcing ideas learned within the classroom.

Residential Trips
From Year 2, we take pupils on an annual residential trip where they have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and spend time away from home living with their peers. The activities and locations chosen are ideally suited to providing a perfect introduction to outdoor learning as well as the opportunity to make memories that last a life time. Whilst they are away all pupils are cared for by our team of experienced staff.
